General information before your visit

On November 1, the Police Authority decided on a total bag ban at major events, this applies to all types of bags regardless of size and also includes plastic bags, transparent and covered. Exceptions may be made for people who for medical reasons need to bring a smaller bag. Read more about the bag ban at polisen.se.

It is not permitted to bring in electric scooters or electric bicycles. It is also not permitted to bring the batteries into the Arena.

During events, for example, bottles, cans, selfie sticks, system or film cameras (sometimes there is a total ban on photography), photo recording equipment and generally dangerous objects such as umbrellas and laser pointers may not be brought into the Arena.

You will find our wardrobe in the main entrance. It is located on one side of the foyer and is open during most events. Please note that no outer clothing may be brought onto the parquet floor during concerts and similar events. If you are going to our conference rooms, there is an opportunity to hang up your jackets there.

We do not have storage boxes in the Arena. Organizer or Arena are not responsible for valuables.

Inspections are carried out at certain events to ensure that no unauthorized and or publicly dangerous objects are brought into the Arena. It’s for everyone’s safety.

A hearing loop is available along the long sides of the event hall (A-hall).

In order to use the hearing loop, seating is referred to the stands on the long sides, so it is not possible to sit on the parquet or short side.

There are no general ticket sales at the arena. We refer to the respective event sparbankenskanearena.se/events/ for more information on how and where to buy your tickets.

NOTE! Never buy tickets second hand if you are not completely sure that they are genuine.

We recommend public transportation. Search your trip via train and bus through Skånetrafiken skanetrafiken.se to “Lund Arenan or Klostergårdens Station”.

Disabled parking at the arena is managed by the Culture & Leisure Administration and is available at the ice rink and one at the football pitch. Otherwise, disabled parking is referred to Arena Park.

The arena entrance is located in a “car-free area”, unfortunately this is not something we can do anything about at the arena but issues managed by Lund Municipality via the Culture & Leisure Administration.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Sparbanken Skåne Arena.

Have you left something at the stadium? We cannot guarantee that lost property will be found and collected. Recovered valuables will be handed over to the police approximately one week after the event, other lost property will remain for approximately one month.
