Welcome to the Sparbanken Skåne Arena in Lund, which is located in the middle of the expansive Öresund region and caters for various orientations in both sports and entertainment. Together we contribute to handball and sports for children & youth, by creating meaningful events and experiences in the Arena.
Sparbanken Skåne Arena seamlessly transitions from sports to hosting approximately 50 external events annually, including concerts, shows, exhibitions, TV productions, and corporate events.
The arena features a large event hall with a capacity of up to 4,000 people, complemented by a smaller sports hall with full dimensions. Additionally, the arena offers smaller spaces such as the remarkable Lounge, Glasbollen, and Glastorget.
Adjacent to the arena, you’ll find Lund Ice Hall and Klostergårdens IP, the home field of Lunds BK.
The arena area is a central part of the Sports Corridor and is continuously evolving. Plans for additional halls are underway, and a newly completed train station at Klostergården enhances accessibility and proximity to the arena.
Sparbanken Skåne Arena is ready for its next chapter. A sustainable arena is a challenge close to our hearts, ensuring that Sparbanken Skåne Arena grows responsibly in every aspect.
Since 2008, the arena has generated its own revenue through events, contributing to tourism and benefiting Lund and the entire Öresund region. Together, we create the best conditions for Lund as a proud city of events and sports, united through magical experiences across the city.
